The personnel of the Platte City NASB branch are the friendliest and most helpful in town. We moved to MO a year ago from Iowa and wanted to find a bank with great CD rates and customer service. I went to the Platte City location to open an account, I just moved back to Platte City, and really did not plan on changing banks, but because of difficulty with my online banking service I have from Nebraska, I decided I had to make a change.
